Notice of Possible Quorum of Town Board at Village Meeting: TOWN OF PALMYRA - TOWN BOARD NOTICE TO PUBLIC ABOUT POSSIBLE TOWN BOARD QUORUM IN ATTENDANCE AT VILLAGE MEETING This notice is given to inform the public that a quorum of Town of Palmyra Board members may be in attendance at the Village of Palmyra’s Special Village Board Meeting, scheduled for January 13, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., at the Palmyra Public Safety Building at 126 First Street, Palmyra, WI.  This is a Village meeting where a quorum of Town Board members MAY be present.  No Town business will be conducted, and Town attendance  is merely for information gathering purposes.   (Please note a Town of Palmyra Board meeting is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. the same evening).   Michele Smith, Clerk/Treasurer Town of Palmyra (262) 495-2049

Town Hall Hours for January, for those Wishing to Pay Taxes in Person

JANUARY  2025 PALMYRA TOWN HALL HOURS FOR THOSE WANTING TO PAY TAXES IN PERSON

In-person hours for real estate taxes are as follows:

January 14, 2025 – 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

January 15, 2025 – 8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

January 21, 2025 – 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

January 22, 2025 – 8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

January 27, 2025 – 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

January 28, 2025 – 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

January 29, 2025 – 8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Taxes can also be mailed to PO Box 519, Palmyra, WI 53156 or may be placed in the drop box located at the Town Hall, W1125 Highway 106, Palmyra.  The drop box slot is located immediately to the right of the Town Hall entry door.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you want to pay taxes in person, but cannot make these hours, contact the Clerk, who will make alternate arrangements with you if possible.  Also, during bad weather conditions, please call Town Hall before you come in, as the office may close for inclement weather.
