Call to Order:

Certification of Compliance with Open Meetings Law.

1.     Pledge of Allegiance.

2.     Approve Minutes from April 20, 2021 Annual Electors Meeting

3.     Approve First Citizens State Bank and LGIP as Town depository accounts.

4.     Authorization to borrow up to $50,000.00 for emergencies.

5.     Set annual budget meeting date.

6.     Approve Town Board salaries.
