TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Town Board of the Town of Palmyra will be hosting the Wisconsin Towns Association Jefferson County Unit Meeting, scheduled for Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the Palmyra/Eagle High School, 123 Burr Oak Street, Palmyra, Wisconsin.

The non-partisan organization consists of Jefferson County Town Officials, and meets for the purpose of networking with other town officials; to engage with legislators;  and to hear updates from Wisconsin Towns Association directors.  

It is highly likely that a quorum of the Town of Palmyra board members will be in attendance.  The purpose will be for information gathering and hearing of a presentation from Jefferson County Administrator Michael Luckey.  There will be no Town of Palmyra Town Board business conducted at this meeting, and this notice is given for the purpose of informing the public of a possible assembly of a quorum at this event.
