It has been brought to the attention of the Town Board that some Town residents are concerned that the recently posted ordinance samples are the only two that are being used to create the Town’s ATV/UTV ordinance. That is not the case. These two were posted at a request of a Town resident that attended Monday’s Town Board meeting. They were the two that were on hand at the meeting and instead of printing off more copies it was suggested that they be posted. There are several others that we have access to and can use as input to the Town’s final ATV/UTV ordinance.

A quorum of Town of Palmyra Board members will be present. However, this is not a Town Board meeting, and no official business will be conducted, nor will any formal action be taken by the Town Board.
