Notice of Possible Quorum of Town Board at Village Meeting: TOWN OF PALMYRA - TOWN BOARD NOTICE TO PUBLIC ABOUT POSSIBLE TOWN BOARD QUORUM IN ATTENDANCE AT VILLAGE MEETING This notice is given to inform the public that a quorum of Town of Palmyra Board members may be in attendance at the Village of Palmyra’s Special Village Board Meeting, scheduled for January 13, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., at the Palmyra Public Safety Building at 126 First Street, Palmyra, WI.  This is a Village meeting where a quorum of Town Board members MAY be present.  No Town business will be conducted, and Town attendance  is merely for information gathering purposes.   (Please note a Town of Palmyra Board meeting is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. the same evening).   Michele Smith, Clerk/Treasurer Town of Palmyra (262) 495-2049

TOWN OF PALMYRA, JEFFERSON COUNTY, WISCONSIN

April 1, 2025

Election Details

An election is to be held in the Town of Palmyra, Jefferson County, Wisconsin, on Tuesday, April 8, 2025. The following offices are to be elected to succeed the present incumbents listed:

  Town Board Chairperson                                             Frank Sauter

  Town Board Supervisor, seat # 1                                 Robin Martens

  Town Board Supervisor, seat # 2                                 Josh Gajewski

Office Terms

The term for all offices is for two years beginning on Tuesday, April 22, 2025.

For Candidates

The first day to circulate nomination papers is December 1, 2024, and the final day for filing nomination papers is 5:00 p.m., on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, in the office of the town clerk.

Primary Election

If a primary is necessary, the primary will be held on Tuesday, February 18, 2025.

Additional Information

Acceptable Photo ID will be required to vote at this election.  If you do not have a photo ID you may obtain a free ID for voting from the Division of Motor Vehicles.
