I posted the agenda for last night’s meeting on Saturday, 11/12/2022, and yesterday several subscribers let me know that they did not receive a notice about this posting. I reached out to Town Web Support and they said that they are aware of the issue and have added a new step in the process when I post any documents pertaining to meetings: Agendas/Minutes/Packets. I have updated my documentation on meeting postings to include this new step so that we do not experience this issue again.
Evening Absentee Voting Hours available October 23!: Voting an absentee ballot in person You may request and vote an absentee ballot in the clerk’s office. The ballots will be voted on, sealed in an envelope containing the voter's signature, and secured until election day, at which time they will be processed in the DS200 tabulating machine along with all other ballots. In-person absentee voting will take place at: Town of Palmyra Town Hall W1125 Highway 106, Palmyra Oct. 22 & 29: 12-5pm; Oct. 23, 24. 30, 31, Nov. 1: 9-11 am. October 23, 2024 – 5:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M.
