Board of Review Appeal Form Deadline: TO TOWN OF PALMYRA PROPERTY OWNERS: Board of Review appeal forms are due TO THE TOWN CLERK by Monday, Septermber 28, 2026.  Board of Review is scheduled for October 1, 2026.  Once Clerk receives the completed appeal form, she will provide you with a time to appear before the Board. Forms received after this date may not be heard. Assessment Roll to be Open for Examination

 

 

ASSESSMENT ROLL IS OPEN FOR EXAMINATION AND OPEN BOOK

 

STATE OF WISCONSIN

The Town of Palmyra,

Jefferson County, Wisconsin

 

Pursuant to Wis. Stat 70.45, the assessment roll for the year 2026 will be open for examination starting on the 26th day of August, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m  AND 1:30 p.m. until 4:30 p.m.   The roll can also be reviewed during regular Town Board office hours of Tuesdays from 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Wednesdays from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

The Assessor shall be available in person at the Town Hall on August 26, 2026 from 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. AND 1:30 p.m. until 4:30 p.m.

 

Instructional material will be provided at the open book to persons who wish to object to valuations under Wis. Stat. 70.47.

 

Notice is hereby given this 11th day of August, 2026.
